About This Project
A custom author website for Hannah Cabrera, an independent author, performer, and storyteller. The site gives her a professional home base to showcase her books, connect with readers, and build her audience without relying solely on social media or retailer pages.
Hannah needed a website that reflected her creative identity while keeping things simple to manage. As an independent author juggling writing, promotion, and performance, she didn't have time to wrestle with complicated website builders or learn to code.
We built her a clean, mobile-responsive author website that puts her work front and center. The site includes dedicated book pages with purchase links, an author bio that tells her story, and an integrated newsletter signup to help her grow an email list (the one audience channel she fully controls).
The design is intentionally approachable: warm, readable, and easy to navigate whether someone finds her through BookTok, a book signing, or a Google search for her name. Every page is optimized for search engines so readers can actually find her when they're looking.
Behind the scenes, Hannah has access to a straightforward content management system where she can update her bio, add new releases, or post updates without waiting on anyone else. No coding required.
